The Itinerary


Day 1:


  • The Mountain Heart - 08:00: Pickup from Windhoek in a reliable 4x4.

  • 09:00: Sunrise Stroll (Daan Viljoen). A gentle 1.5km walk to stretch your legs and see the highlands.

  • 12:30: Traditional Kapana Picnic. Authentic street-style beef, salsa, and vetkoek served at a scenic viewpoint.

  • 15:30: Check-in at a Mid-Range Lodge (e.g., River Crossing or Auas Safari Lodge).

  • 18:00: Sunset sundowners at the lodge (drinks for guest's own account)

  • 19:30: Lodge Dinner.


Day 2:


  • The Safari Heritage - 09:15: Champagne Breakfast. A relaxed morning overlooking the savanna.

  • 10:00: Standard Game Drive. A guided wildlife tour to see Rhino, Giraffe, and plains game.

  • 13:00: Casual bistro lunch at the lodge.

  • 15:00: Return to Windhoek via the Kupferberg Pass.

  • We strive to provide a world-class Safari and Wellness experience. Because we commit to local guides, luxury lodges, and specialized equipment in advance, we adhere to the following policy

    1. Deposits

    • Non-Refundable: All deposits are strictly non-refundable upon payment. This amount secures your exclusive spot and allows us to begin the logistical preparations for your journey.

    2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

    • The 72 - hour Rule: Any cancellation made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour start time (local Namibian time) will incur a mandatory Late Cancellation Fee of 2000 NAD.

    • No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time will be treated as a same-day cancellation. In this event, the full tour price is forfeited and the 800 NAD fee applies.

    3. Written Notice Required

    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [marcellushazam@gmail.com]. The cancellation is only considered "finalized" once you receive a written acknowledgement from our team.

  • The "Book Now, Pay Later" Policy. To make your high-end safari and wellness tours more accessible, you can offer a flexible payment structure:


    • Initial Deposit: 30% of the total tour price is required to secure the booking.

    • Balance Payment: The remaining 70% must be paid in full by a specific deadline, a week before the tour starts.

    • Non-Refundable: As per your policy, this 30% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the immediate costs of securing luxury lodging and safari vehicles.
