Refund Policy

At Eio Dago, we are committed to providing elite Namibian experiences. Because we begin securing your specialized transport, professional guides, and Highland logistics immediately upon booking, we adhere to the following refund structure:

1. The 48-Hour Cancellation Window
  • Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if you submit a written cancellation request within 48 hours of your initial booking timestamp.

  • Cancellation Fee: All refunds processed within this window are subject to a 20% Cancellation & Administrative Fee.

  • Why the fee? This fee covers non-refundable credit card processing charges (DPO/Bank fees), administrative labor, and the cost of releasing held inventory.

2. Standard Terms (After 48 Hours)
  • Once the 48-hour window has passed, all bookings are considered confirmed and non-refundable.

  • At this stage, Eio Dago has committed funds to our Highland partners and logistics providers. We recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance to cover unforeseen personal emergencies.

3. Refund Method
  • All approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during the transaction (via DPO Pay).

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. No-Show Policy
  • Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point for the Highland and Soul (1-Day) or Highland Explorer (2-Day) tours will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
